This past year, I tried as much as possible to listen to my instincts, and obviously, pregnancy and motherhood are a good natural, even primitive, incentive to do so. As the days of celebration start to fade, this song by Barlow Girl still resonates in my head and inspires me with its drive to look forward and trust my innermost feelings for the next 365 days and even more.

Ohhh one of my most favorite Christmas songs,...it's hauntingly beautiful. I'm sad the holidays came and went so quickly (sigh). Our own instincts make a solid path to walk on... as you mentioned, we should listen to it more often :)
ReplyDeleteI am glad you enjoyed the song - I only really found out about it while surfing the Internet and since then, now way to get it out of my head. But then, why should I keep it out?! To bright new starts! :-)
